Practical answers from the Riot Reset venue team. Check live availability when booking; optional extras depend on stock.
What can you do at Riot Reset in Derry?
Riot Reset offers Riot Room and Smash Lab for smashing bottles and plates, Paint Bomb for paint splatter, and two axe-throwing lanes. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes.
How much does a session cost?
Including one £3 booking fee: Riot Room is £43 for 30 minutes or £78 for 60; Smash Lab £38 or £63; Paint Bomb £28 or £53. Smash room prices include one participant and paint includes two. Extra participants in those rooms are £10 each on arrival. Axe throwing is £12.50 per person for 30 minutes or £20 for 60, plus one £3 fee per order.
How many people can take part?
Riot Room holds up to six participants; Smash Lab four; Paint Bomb six. Each axe lane holds four. A group of eight needs both axe lanes with matching availability. These are room limits, not a combined whole-venue capacity.
What are the minimum ages?
Riot Room and Smash Lab are 18+. Axe throwing is 16+. Paint Bomb is 4+ with adult supervision. A parent or legal guardian completes a separate participant form for each under-18 participant. Staff check eligibility, supervision and PPE fit.
Does the session time include the briefing?
Yes. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for waiver confirmation. Briefing and suit-up begin before the slot and take approximately the first five minutes of the booked experience. Extensions after the timer ends depend on availability and an agreed price.
What is included and which extras cost more?
Smash starter sets contain bottles and plates, required protective equipment, issued tools and a briefing. Paint includes paint, required protection and a briefing. Larger smash items, canvases, statues and other upgrades are optional extras subject to stock and an agreed price.
Can we arrange a work outing or celebration?
Yes. A group that fits a room can book a standard available session. For larger groups or several activities, send an enquiry with your headcount, date and preferred experiences. Timings and any special arrangements must be agreed before booking.
Do you sell digital and printed gift vouchers?
Yes. Riot Reset vouchers start at £20 and have no expiry date. Digital and printed copies use the same code and balance. Vouchers are currently issued and redeemed in GBP.
How do I ask about accessibility or sensory needs?
Call 07756 950770 or email hello@riotreset.com before paying to discuss step-free access, toilets, seating, lighting, noise, PPE fit or supervision. Availability and suitability depend on the activity and your needs.
